Hard coating

Hard coating can be applied to tools, molds, fixtures and mechanical parts; improving their hardness and ability to improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance; extending the life of the appliance and reducing the replacement rate.

In addition, it can also improve the surface quality of the appliance. The thickness of the film is generally in the range of 2-10um, and the materials and decorative coatings used are similar. Commonly used materials are titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al), chromium (Cr), and titanium aluminide (TiAl) ... etc. You can choose coating materials according to different needs.
