Crucibles

Crucibles

Be used in E-beam evaporation deposition and Sputter deposition.
Detail

As a material carrier for E-beam evaporation, crucibles are selected by the melting points of coating materials. Their sizes can also be customized according to your demand.

  • Molybdenum crucible: It has high tensile strength. It is often used in oxide and metal materials.

  • Tungsten crucible: It is often used in oxide and metal materials.

  • Oxygen free copper crucible: It has properties such as high thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and high purity.

  • Graphite crucible:  It is resistant to strong acid and fire, and has good electrical and thermal conductivity.

  • Boron nitride crucible: Its hardness is only behind the diamond, but the temperature resistance is better than diamondsHexagonal boron nitride has the structure similar to graphite and is the most thermally conductive insulator.

Some experimental crucibles have standard specifications, and the materials are mostly alumina (ceramic) and graphite. The crucibles used for  E-beam evaporation are mostly customized products which have no standard specifications. We need you to provide detailed dimensions (including upper diameter, height, bottom diameter, wall thickness, internal height and inner and outer chamfering), or provide us samples to measure.

During the process, crucibles may be broken due to human operation or equipment factors. For reasons, please refer to the FAQ in our official website. You are also welcome to contact us.
